Tony Janowicz brings experience and heart to real estate. Tony has been an active member of the communities he serves for more than 23 years. Tony received his Brokers License in January, 2024. Getting to Know Tony Janowicz:

How did you decide to become a Realtor?

In January 2020, I left corporate America after 34 years in the food and beverage industry where I managed the food chain from farm to fork. Those important years taught me the nuances of negotiating contracts. After not having the best experience selling our family home and buying a new one, I became motivated to follow up on my friend’s and family’s long-time encouragement to get into real estate. So, I sat down with my financial advisor, made a plan, and a financial strategy to become a licensed Realtor in the state of California in June, 2020. From that time on, I have dedicated my business to serving my clients in a manner appropriate to their life situations and circumstances.


What is your business philosophy?

My philosophy is to serve my clients in the manner they expect. Every client, house, and transaction is different. My years in business managing clients, time, and money, all over the world have prepared me with the skills and abilities to understand and respond to a diverse client base and their specific needs and preferences. My work speaks for itself — I am an expert negotiator, available and responsive. I believe honest, informed, and timely communication is key.


What is your biggest inspiration?

My biggest inspiration in all aspects of life is people. I LOVE people. I love listening and hearing all about my client’s circumstances, situations, and compelling life stories so I can best serve the relationship and their needs and preferences in the real estate transaction. I strive to get my clients what they want, and I always get them what they need. I love my clients and feel it is my responsibility and purpose to serve their real estate goals.


Tell us about your community involvement.

We raised our three kids in East Lake – Yorba Linda, they attended Fairmont, Bernardo, my daughter attended Yorba Linda High School, and two boys attended Orange Lutheran High School. I was a Cub Scout Leader, Upwards Basketball Coach, and coached baseball in Yorba Linda for many years, and helped out with community theater, and Girl Scouts. I started a non-profit called CHOC Up Runs for Kids benefiting those kids receiving Rehabilitation Services at CHOC. I also partner with the City of Hope and run blood drives in the Joy Center at Messiah Lutheran Church. I have attended Yorba Linda Friends Church for over 23 years while serving on the prayer team and usher team. I lead a Men’s Base Camp bible study, and I am an ordained Stephen Minister walking along side people going through a rough season of life. I would consider it a high honor and a privilege to be your Realtor, too!
